Welcome to Poker Odyssey on the Meta Quest platform. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to our application as distributed through Meta services, including Quest and Horizon platforms. It explains how we collect, use, and protect data in compliance with Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy.

   We collect limited user information necessary to deliver core gameplay and social features. Specifically:

   1. Meta Platform Identifiers

      • Oculus user ID (automatically provided by the platform for authentication)

      • Oculus display name (shown to other players in multiplayer sessions)

        ⚠️ These data points are provided by the Meta platform and are required for multiplayer and identity features. While these may be associated with you as a user, we do not collect your email, phone number, real name, or any directly identifying personal information beyond what Meta provides.

   2. Gameplay Data

      • We collect data related to your activities within the game, including but not limited to:

        • Game progress (e.g., levels, virtual currency balances).

        • In-game actions (e.g., win/loss records, game statistics).

        • In-app purchase records (limited to transaction details related to game functionality; no payment or financial information is collected).

        ⚠️ No payment card data or billing credentials are ever collected or stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Data

   The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

   • To provide and maintain game services;

   • To track game progress and achievements;

   • To support in-app purchase functionality;

   • To improve your overall gaming experience.

   We will not use your data for any other purposes.
